Details about our Reservation System

This reservation system was specifically designed for the First Serve Tennis Center. Following are some of the capabilities and requirements in using this system.

• Members and non-member participants can use this system to reserve court times. In order to access this application, there is a required setup process to be done at the First Serve Tennis Center facility. The setup requires a valid email address and mobile phone number for each member or non-member. You will then be required to register at our website and create your own password.
• All registered members and non-members names are shown as a potential participants. Within the reservation application, you may be scheduled by someone else for a particular court time.
• There is an alert notification feature within the reservation system to provide notifications to players / participants of their scheduled court time reservation. If you should receive a notification by the First Serve reservation system in-error, please contact us at the facility to make sure we correct the problem.
• Non-members will have visibility to the next two days of court times. Members will have visibility to the next week of available court times.
• Recurring events for leagues or tournaments can only be scheduled by First Serve employees and staff. You will have visibility of these recurring events but will NOT be able to change any of these court times.
• Access to the reservation may be revoked at any time by First Serve management if the system is abused in any way.
• Please communicate with other participants when you are scheduling them for a specific court time. This will help eliminate any mis-communications or scheduling errors that may occur and simplify the scheduling process.
